Navi™ Mitral Valved Stent

Navigate Cardiac Structures, Inc. has developed an Atrioventricular Valved Stent (AVS) that can be radially crimped and delivered and deployed in the mitral valve annulus for the correction of mitral regurgitation (NAVI System).

NCSI has shown that it is feasible to deliver and deploy the Atrioventricular Valved Stent (AVS) using the NAVI System as a mitral valve replacement in animal model as shown:

The AVS device sizes offered are:
30/36 mm; 30/40 mm & 33/44 mm

Indications For Use:

The Need for a Mitral and Tricuspid Valved Stent

Mitral Regurgitation Patient Population in USA Currently Treated % Treated
Moderate to Severe 2,3000,000 48,000 2.1%
Severe 220,000 48,000 22%
Tricuspid regurgitation: 1,600,000 < 8,000
Moderate to Severe < 8,000 < 0.5%
